Park Avenue Child Care was originally
Pine Crest Kiddie Corner which was established thirty years ago. In
November of 2006 the ownership changed hands and became the third
location of 4TD Kids, Incorporated known as Park Avenue Child Care
of Sanford.
The Sanford location of Park Avenue
Child Care Facilities has made many improvements to its campus and
provides a loving environment where children feel at home. The
facility is safe and nurturing and conveniently located in Sanford,
Florida, walking distance from Pine Crest Elementary School.
Our facility hours are 6:30am to
6:30pm Monday through Friday. We offer nutritious breakfast, lunch
and afternoon snack daily as part of the USDA Food Program. The
campus is a secure facility complete with access control on the
entrance door and plans for camera internet access in winter 2007.
We are proud to continue our quality
educational program by utilizing the Seminole County approved “High
Reach” and “Doors to Discovery” curriculums. All of our teachers
have earned Child Development Associates (CDA) and continuously
strive to improve on every educational opportunity.
The Park Avenue Child Care of Sanford
staff is warm and caring and creates a nurturing environment under
the management of our director Ms. Ruth Rodriguez. Ms. Rodriguez
comes to us from the beautiful, tropical island of Puerto Rico. She
has been in the United States since 1996 and has been in child care
ever since. Her experience includes not only foster parenting but
teaching, and child care management. Her experience with children
of all ages has been an advantage that she has incorporated well
into the Park Avenue Child Care of Sanford atmosphere.
